My process is designed to minimize your workload:

Briefing: We align on the topic, audience, and goal. (15-min call or brief email).

Research & Outline: I dig into datasheets, application notes, and competitor content to build a solid technical structure.

Drafting: I write the full piece, ensuring technical accuracy and marketing flow.

Review: You receive a polished V1. As an SME, I typically have a draft that is 95% ready to publish, as with my past works.

Final Polish: We handle any minor tweaks, and I deliver the final files.

Not mandatory. After the detailed first meeting with the FAE(s), I make a detailed outline and ask for feedback. Once the outline is confirmed, I proceed with the full article.

Datasheets continue to be the most trustworthy source to fact-check details. Apart from that, I also check with the existing articles (if any) written by the company. Regular discussions with the FAE(s) ensure a constant check on technical accuracy.

Most writers need to be “taught” the technology by your engineers. I already speak the language. This means we skip the long onboarding phase and go straight to creating high-level content that builds real authority with your audience.

I use AI strictly as a productivity assistant (for things like transcription or initial brainstorming), never for writing the core content.
